Eligibility and verification
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and a real person using your own identity. You may not use FLINQ where prohibited, evade a suspension, or create an account for someone else. Verification does not guarantee a member’s intentions, character, or safety.
Consent and contact
A Pass, rejection, block, or closed contact state ends contact. You may not bypass that decision through another account, paid feature, outside contact information, or another person. Messaging opens only after mutual interest and remains subject to either member ending contact.
Member conduct
No minors or sexual content involving minors; threats, harassment, stalking, hate, exploitation, trafficking, scams, extortion, impersonation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, illegal activity, prostitution, escort services, or solicitation of transactional sex. Adults may communicate freely within lawful, consensual boundaries.
Media and authenticity
You must own or have permission to share uploaded media. Private albums are access-controlled but cannot be guaranteed screenshot-proof. Edited profile media must remain recognizably you and may be labeled. Content may be quarantined, scanned, restricted, preserved, or removed for safety and legal compliance.
Credits, subscriptions, and promotions
Prices, renewal terms, credit expiration, refund rules, and promotion eligibility must be shown before purchase. Credits unlock eligible actions but never override distance, consent, a Pass, rejection, block, or suspension. Promotional lifetime credits may be changed prospectively where the offer permits; purchased entitlements are governed by the checkout terms.
Enforcement and service limits
FLINQ may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts and preserve evidence when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or these rules. Features may change. The service does not promise a match, date, relationship, or member conduct. Final warranty, liability, dispute, governing-law, and jurisdiction language must be completed by counsel before public registration.
